Almost Half of All PALCS Students Attain Honor Roll
PALCS is so proud to announce that our 2017-2018 school year is off to a wonderful start, thanks to our incredible students, families and staff. 1,304 students of a total of 2,745 at press time have earned honor roll certificates at PALCS recognizing their hard work and exceptional grades in the first marking period. The percentage works out to 48%, or nearly half of the entire student body!
PALCS Gives Thanks
During this special time of year, we like to give thanks to important people and look back at the opportunities that we have been afforded.
Collecting Box Tops for Education
PALCS community, if you have been dutifully clipping Box Tops for Education or would like to start, then we would happily take them! PALCS is collecting Box Tops to donate to the student activities fund! Each Box Top clip is worth 10 cents to the school, which can really add up!
Enrollment Updates: CPFA and Grade 12
The PALCS Center for Performing and Fine Arts (CPFA) application has gone live on our website for the 2018-2019 school year. Additionally, enrollment for 12th grade students for the current 2017-2018 school year has officially closed. We are, however, still enrolling students in grades K-11 for the current year!
Recapping Bullying Prevention Month
As the month of October comes to an end, we here at PALCS want to thank every single person who was involved in our anti-bullying and bulling prevention activities throughout the month. With October being National Bullying Prevention Month, our Guidance Department sponsored various activities to promote and bring awareness to bullying and prevention.
